AWS Expert needed for updates to File Distribution tool

Hi, I went through your project brief and i have different solution for large file uploads which works seamlessly for files larger then 1gb too. So the uploader tool is something that would we already have a solution for. For other issues in current code it would have been if you could have shared more details like url's? etc.. Is it possible for you to do that? Because this is a fixed cost projects and the reason behind any specific issue would be solely responsible for the total amount of time it would take to fix it.
