Adaptive Payments of Paypal

I am using Joomla platform for my site and it is Joomla 1.5.22. It is a platform where the members can sell digital goods. I use the component jSeblod 1.8.2 to allow the users to manage digital goods (to submit, to edit, to search,...). I use the component Amigos 1.2.0 to allow the users to earn money making advertisement with their own affiliation link. What I would like to be done on my website : to integrate the Adaptive Payments Paypal API - chained payments. For each transaction, there are a customer, a supplier, me and maybe the supplier's sponsor, the one who made the supplier to join the website via his affiliation link (confer : the component Amigos). Let's say that the customer will by a product, which costs 10$. I want : - the supplier to obtain 90% of it (9.0$). - the sponsor (if there is one) to get 5% of it (0.50$), otherwise these 5% will be send to my account - to take 5% for the transaction (0.50$). If there is no sponsor I get 10%, else I get 5%. I want the supplier to take charge of the transaction fees, but I don't want his email to be viewable by the customer. After the transaction is done, the customer has to be redirected to a return url in a secured way : no download is possible without paying. For the sponsor to join the affiliation program, a test has to verify if his paypal email is VERIFIED before his submission to the affiliation program is accepted, otherwise I suspect transactions will fail. So a little change is needed in the component Amigos also. My budget is low and time is tide so I want faster worker who may work with me in skype or other available messenger in USA Time zone.
