Add new features, including a blog to current property listing script. - repost

I need a single php/jquery expert (not a company please) coder to finish of the current project that I have been doing. Please read the attached to have an idea of what sort of work required. If you have done this sort of work before and expert in php/javascript, you should be able to finish it in no time. I am sorry but I have a budget of around $100 for this work. You could finish it in 1 day. I may add a bonus for outstanding quality. I will igore bids from coders who have not read the attached brief and do not refer to it in their bid.
