Add search and admin module to static website

Hello, i need two functionalities in PHP with Mysql added to a static website ( [url removed, login to view] ). - The search field on the lower left must be converted into a (ajax preffered) search box with 5 variables, which are star coordonates actually: 1. RA: hours minutes seconds 2. DEC: degrees minutes 3. MAG: number 4. Constelation: name 5. Distance: light_years If the result of the search is found, the user is displayed a page with a small image of the star and its coordinates, all these from the database, where: - The admin module allows someone with a username and password authentified combination to input records in the database which follow the search box variables, plus: 6. a relative small image to be stored on the disc but its path related in the database field to be able to be displayed when found on searchbox hit. 7. the first name of the client 8. the last name of the client 9. his/her social security code or ID card number 10. client's email address 11. client's postal address 12. client's phone Also, if the search box result doesnt find anything in the database, then a form with the search variables already inputted in their fields and the 7 to 12 variables to be inputted by the future client will show and will send all the completed data into an email to a certain address. This should'n be so hard to implement i hope, some minor specifications may occur along with proper bonuses, thank you all.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
