Affiliate network 3rd party tracking application

I need an application that interacts with an affiliate network platform, which affiliates can use to track sales/leads they generate. Many affiliates want to have some personal tracking embedded in the conversion (thank you) page. This helps affiliates who work with AdWords or some other type of search engine marketing have a better idea which keywords to bid on. The application should allow an affiliate to define a tracking code which will be embedded in the conversion page. The affiliate can also set a list of criteria that determines whether the code will be embedded or not. Multiple instances of the application are permitted in the same affiliate account, in order to track different campaigns with different tracking codes. Once this is all set up, the application should hook up to the platform-provided tracking code and insert the tracking code in the thank you page. The application will be installed using the platform application store (already up&running). Further API documentation and details about the platform/appstore will be handed over to the chosen bidder. The app will run on one of our servers (PHP/MySQL/Apache) and all application sources will be handed over once project is complete. We will host the application, NOT you. I do have a strong preference for apps written in the Yii framework ([login to view URL]), but this is NOT a requirement. When bidding, please state whether you will use this PHP framework or not. That way I will know if you have read the specs entirely.
