I’m starting a new website for questions and answers and I’m using Wordpress as CMS for it and the Answers theme by Templatic.
To get people to this website I want to place an “Ask a question bar” on all my other Wordpress sites and I want it to install as a Wordpress plugin.
Its a bar that comes up animated from the bottom of the site as soon as the pages is loaded. People can hide and show it with a button on the top right side of the bar.
The bar contains a text field with a send button. People can ask a question in one sentence but as soon as they press send the bar opens up further and shows a text field for further explanation of their question, and log in or registration fields. After logging in or registering, the data is send to the question and answers site where the question is posted in the category that was set in the plugin. The question is then further processed by the questions and answers site.
To see the kind of animated bar I have in mind you can check the bar at the bottom of [url removed, login to view] that comes up as soon as the page is loaded.
I also have rough sketches as jpegs to get an idea of how I want it.

This job pays 200 dollars and will be paid immediately after successful completion.

I had to repost this job after loosing two weeks because the last freelancer started working on it without understanding what I was asking for.
Basicly questions asked on site A, B and C where this plugin will be installed and where the question bar is then shown, need to end up on site D which is the answers and questions site.
