Automatisation Software

I need a software that provides the following: - 1. TWITTER: Automatisation of Creating Twitter Accounts and then post automated Tweets that generate themselves out of a database with predefinded placeholders - 2. FACEBOOK: Automated creation of facebook Accounts and the posts to a predefined site. The posts feed themselves out of a database with a synonym database to create variations of the post - 3. YOUTUBE: Create youtube accounts and upload videos via API. The tag and name the video from a pool of tags and titles. The video has to genereate itself from some uploaded videos. The videos can be totally random and dont have to make sense. Settings: I have to choose which project to target -> Which Twittername, which Facebooksite and which youtube Keywords. The software must have the settings to define the posting quantity per day for each project. The software has to run on VM with proxys. It also has to contain a database for email accounts with Names and Surnames to create valid fake accounts. The software has to be written with all coding standarts. I will not pay for sourcecode which is not manageable and ready for further development.
