Bug Fixes and Administration Panel Updates

We have recently developed a website (using a SMARTY Template) and we are in need of a talented Freelancer to enhance our user administration page and fix a number of bugs. The winning freelancer must:

1. Have knowledge of SMARTY templates and be able to work with the existing code (NO REWRITES)

2. Be able to read and understand English perfectly.

3. Be an expert in PHP/HTML/Javascript

4. Have knowledge of Paypal and understand how to set up recurring payments.

We have attached the bug list to this post. It has been split into four sections (A - D). Further details on the bugs will be provided to the winning agent.

We propose the following milestones:

1. Project Start - 20%

2. Section A Complete (Uploaded to our Server) - 15%

3. Section B Complete (Uploaded to our Server) - 15%

4. Section C Complete (Uploaded to our Server) - 15%

5. Section D Complete (Uploaded to our Server) - 15%

6. Project Complete - 20%

7. Bonus - 20% (We will pay a 20% bonus ONLY if all of the work is complete and uploaded within 3 weeks or project start. We will provide the target completion date.)

As the site is not yet live, all work can be done on our server directly. Milestones will ONLY be paid once the working code is on our server.

Please reply with a list of other SMARTY templates you have worked on. Only freelancers who have read the attachment will be seriously considered.
