Current website ([login to view URL]) allows people to search for unclaimed money held in Government databases. The search is free but they only get to see their name, amount and what type of money it is. When they become a member, they get to see the address of the recipient, who submitted the money, which Government body is holding it and full instructions on how they can claim it themselves. Membership is through paying for a fixed number of searches. We currently have 3 payment plans in place. Some work has been done previously which is still in the test environment which allows for payment plans to be varied between certain dates (ie. Running specials), capturing lead info before they back out of the payment function and enabling sending out of emails to leads. These changes are not in production. I need a range of minor bugs and functional changes to be made. Detailed list of changes below.
## Deliverables
• Improve the look of the payment options boxes. Bronze box colour too close to gold box colour. Could say Bronze, Silver or Gold plans. Open to how this can be improved. • When sending the email to multiple people, only the first person gets the email even though that email has the names of the other recipients. Needs to be able to send out msg to multiple people with all emails in the bcc field. • On contacts page, when a validation error is displayed, stop blanking out the subject and message previously entered. • Adjust the time on the site as it is currently 3 hours behind Sydney time. • On the text box above the pricing plans, please change the colour of the background to be white. Happy to still have the coloured edge to the text box. • When Lead details are captured, site needs to check for duplicates. If duplicate found, then update details instead of creating new record. • Current unlimited search plan is represented in database as -1. Stop subtracting remaining search credits if plan is ‘Unlimited’. • After user has paid through paypal, automatically sign them on. If they came from the search results page, return them to the updated search results page (they see more info when a member). If they came from any other page, then return them to the Home page. • Tighten up validation to stop customers becoming a member with blank email address and password. • Bug in editing the content fields within the admin portal. When I went to save it, the save resulted in losing all the content. • Remove the Pay Now / Back page which is just before the logging into Paypal. • Having about half of my customers getting through the paypal screens, I get the notifications that they have paid but details are not being written to the database.
