CSS/XHTML Javascript Header - Need done ASAP - REPOST!!!

I have a project where we need to revamp the header of site. The current JavaScript does not work well. We need someone to fix it. The job will take around 3-6 hours. Please place your bid and be ready for me to respond via PMB ASAP. Each page the end user is on, the proper tab has to show. See attached. When the end user hovers over another tab, the tab is to change and then the subtab change also. If the user removes from the area of the tab, after 1.5 seconds, the tab is to return to the default sub tab the page is on. You will be provided access to the FTP of the site to make changes and test. Please note in the code where to identify what page for each tab, so we can add pages so when a client goes to that page, it stays on the tab. See attached example of what you will be working with.
