CTO/Co-founder - Tech Partner Wanted - (equity opportunity)

CTO/Co-founder - Tech Partner (equity opportunity) - PHP, MySQL, HTML, JavaScript experience? OVERVIEW Are you a developer with solid experience in PHP, MySQL, HTML, JavaScript and the other usual suspects? Some mobile app development? Are you located in Florida (preferred, not required)? We are seeking a CTO (Tech Guru) but most importantly a partner who will take our working application and help us launch publicly within the next few months. We're extremely excited about the project and if you are up to the technical challenge, want to explore your entrepreneurial self, want to be an equity partner and can agree to a work-for-equity plan, let us know! This is not a salaried position; however, some compensation is negotiable. This project has been self-funded to date, we're currently in the process of securing seed funding from our network! RESPONSIBILITIES Your duties will be to lead the development and maintenance of all technology necessary to executing on the Company's business strategies. -Drive the technological strategy and implementation -External API integrations -Full security updates/vulnerability assessments -Data dissemination via APIs and Widgets -Other features and bug fixes needed to get us ahead of the curve SKILLS -You are a PHP Guru or RoR developer -You have solid experience in Mysql -Strong experience developing dynamic, interactive, data-driven websites -In-depth knowledge of technologies: AJAX, HTML5, CSS3 -Well versed in Facebook integrations -Experience in integrating and developing APIs COMPENSATION As a member of the senior management team, you will receive shares of the company and be entitled to revenue sharing.
