Change Layout of my Pay Per View Website - Urgent Project

I need Layout changed of my Pay Per View Website and Features Added/Removed. You Need to have knowledge of Flash Media Server(this is what my website uses for the Live streaming video broadcasts). I want layout changed to a NON-ADULT Live Streaming Pay Per View Website. Here is my website now:? <[login to view URL]> I have a mockup of how I want home page, I want a Navigation Bar added to the left of the page(I even have the Navigation Bar). The navigation bar will be for Categories.. and site navigation. Feature added to the admin panel so.. when I add/remove categories it automatically makes changes to the navigation bar on the home page. The Name: Models will be changed to Entertainers and all references of Model(or Models) will be removed from the website. I need feature added in the admin panel so I can change the Questions for the signup process. Feature added so Entertainers can Add Sample Video to their? Profile Page, Also They can Add Additional Video to their? Bio Page they can choose to be Pay Per View or Free Viewing for those videos. Blog section added to Entertainer? Profile Pages, Entertainer and members can leave comments. I need CAPTCHA Added to all signups for Members, Models(Entertainers), Studios. CHAT Feature Needs to Be Removed Completely. This will only be Live Streaming Video and Pay Per View Videos Only. All Chat Features need to be removed.
