Hello again, my first post wasn't clear enough since i am new here so i want to take a chance to provide further details regarding my requirements:
I am looking for a developer/designer to build a clean and smooth website that look like this ([login to view URL]) but that has 3 additional features:
1. A function of a map that pop-ups somewhere in the corner so that users can view ads in their location easily. (e.g [login to view URL])
2. When viewers are looking at the ads, i want the ads picture s to stay where they are (e.g like this [login to view URL]) and not pop up.
3. I also prefer a more scrollable menu of categories and not a list.
(Admin panel would include; users, listings, orders, security tools to block IPs or check login history, settings, options to place banners etc..)
Those are my requirements, i want to know how long it would take to design a full code + an administrator panel and how much you want for the full code.
