Client is requesting ongoing updates to an existing website

We are looking for a qualified web developer who is able to handle ongoing requests from our client. The applicant must be fluent in PHP, javascript, HTML, CMS environments and working within an existing website framework. The applicant must be organized, diligent, and be able to execute on notes and revisions expertly. Tasks will range from adding new features into the backend of the CMS and updating the frontend page designs to incorporate this new data to updating menu structures as well as data queries for displaying information on the site. Working either on location or at home is acceptable but must be able to make time to conference with our team on progress. The current project is an update our client's website.
