Correct issues on real estate site and add additional features

I have a customer who has a Real Estate website, running PHP and MySQL on Linux. In the admin section there is a property manager that allows the editing and adding of MLS numbered properties. There are issues with this portion of the site.

1. when ever the admin tries to make an add, edit or change a property, they get an error message, saying this feature is currently not available, please try again later. This issue needs to be corrected.

2. New MLS number (properties) are not showing up in the database. MLS #410269 is the last property entered into the database. This needs to be corrected, so that all newly entered properties are visible in the database.

3. There is a feature that lets the admin add a PDF brochure in the (sale & Rental) property manager. This feature is not working.

4. i need an search feature added into the site. add in a link using the same button color on the home page for the property types, called "Search Properties" the search parameters will be property type (use the site property types), by MLS #, by price, by city, and by agent. the search page will use the same page layout like the index page.

5. I need the error issues corrected before the additional feature is added into the site.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
