Create calendar with views, cck, panels, and PHP in Drupal

I want the calendar here basically recreated [login to view URL] The entire right side bar is not needed, you can ignore that. I have started the project already, and created a calendar with the options I want, but I can not get the filter for the types of event to work how I want. See my attached images of what I have completed so far. Also see the mock up of how I want the search fields to work. Add some text below the search button which reads "+ More Search Options" Then when they click it, the gray search area expands downward via javascript to reveal more search options. They need to be able to type their own numbers in to the extra search options. I know you will have many questions, I will be available most of the day today via google chat. Cost and time frame are both very important, I need this done in the next 12 hours, This project should take 4-5 hours for an expert drupal coder.
