Create myJavascript/PHP script

I need someone to finish a script for me, I have no time to do so myself. See [login to view URL] Basically, for each day and for each role (both selected from a MySQL database), I need the user to be able to specify a start time and an end time, add the appropriate number of shifts, and drag the table cells larger/smaller to make the shifts longer/shorter. I don't care how you format time from within the script, but it should display for example as 7:00 AM or 10:00 PM on the schedule. It should be easy for the user to drag a shift to a specific minute. Somehow the times of each shifts need to be display nicely within the table cells. It would be nice if they could display at the top or bottom or the draggable border. You can start with the script I have or develop from scratch. At the end, the user should be able to hit a save button all of the info has to be stored in a MySQL database. Then, a page needs to be created where the user can view the saved schedule. I am looking for a combination of quality work and affordable rates.
