Create a portal to display invoices from a MSSQL Database

Hello Please Read the request very carefully... 1. I will only take on developers that have qualifications in MSSQL, MySQL, PHP and HTML. 2. You must have worked with the above before and demonstrate a good understanding. 3. The project consists of working with both a internal server where MSSQL is used and also a hosted web server which is hosted in a data centre. Both servers can be worked on remotely Here is the project details We have a website that is currently written in PHP. We need to create a admin area for a customer to login to. Here they will be able to view current and past invoices. It will display the invoice date, the invoice number and the cost along with a pdf icon which when clicked they can download the invoke. They would also need the ability to change the password to access there only account. We need to get the invoice information from our in house server which is MSSQL to a web server which is MySQL. We have a desktop app that we had written which takes the required information from our in house MSSQL web server and then pass to a MySQL database, but the scrip would need some tweaking with the new serer ip address and you would need to create the database on the Mysql side to take the data. But as far as the script is concerned we have a script in place thats able to do the above. Once the data has been uploaded to the web hosting server it would be held in Mysql. We need the information to then display in a template that looks like an invoice, and also be downloaded via pdf. We need the system to hold the past year or 2 years invoices when a new invoices has been created this would be added to the customers account so they could download at a later date... All previous invoices must remain so they could download any month at anytime. We also need like a super admin where we can reset customers login info and see when they last logged in.
