Cross-Browser Compatibility - One Web Page – Javascript

I need an experienced & proficient javascript & php programmer. I need the [login to view URL] page to be fully compatible with MS Internet Explorer ver. 4-8, Mozilla ver. 2-3.6, Safari ver. 1-5, Opera, and Google Chrome. Currently I have not had issues with MS Internet Explorer or Mozilla. Safari and Google Chrome have an issue and sometimes work if refreshed repeatedly and you navigate forward and backwards on the browsers history. I am a novice programmer and cannot seem to figure it out and really don't have the time. I am almost positive after trouble shooting repeatedly that the issue is in the javascript files attached. I need someone proficient in javascript who can edit the attached files and comment their new added code and comment out the old code. I am interested in what the issue is.
