additional options needed for CMS

My CMS enables me to create a page with a list of event headings. Each heading automatically gets assigned 2 buttons. One button links to a detail page, and the other button goes to a scheduling calendar. All of these are managed through the CMS. I need the option to have the schedule button open a contact form for inquiries instead, without being forced to create an event on the calendar as how it works now. The contact form needs to have a pre-populated text field (by cms), and the submitted information put in a database, and sent to the admin and submitter. The other button should remain the same either way - open a detail page that was created by the admin. All these items already exist on the site and can be leveraged for this update. So you would not need to create all of the above elements. This is what already exists on the site.. 1. the 2 buttons 2. the 2 template pages 3. the form. But you will need to make a slight modification to it. Currently it's used as a registration form, so it has fields that won't be needed for this contact form. 4. the admin html editor exists I can show you my site in the PMB as well as the site that I want to simulate.
