apply new html/css templates to a simple php script with existing html/css template

Hi I have with me a simple PHP helpdesk script-- for templates basically it uses straightforward HTML+CSS (no frameworks). I want you to apply one (or more) other HTML templates, to this helpdesk script. Basically, you will have to start with any existing helpdesk template (which is HTML/CSS only) and change it to make it look like the new html template-- also, the tooltips, and message boxes, and few other things, will have to be made to match with the new template. The new templates are at webappskins.com-- I have a membership there. The script to which the templates have to be applied is attached with this project-- it has 2 simple CSS files (for the template part). You can put in a bid for one new template (to be applied to helpdesk's html/css) initially, later I can ask you to apply more templates to the helpdesk script. Easy work for a good developer.
