changes to admin dashboard

Have about 8 changes needed to my website.
1. add a fields to a "suggestion form" that sends the suggestion to my admin panel for review before approving the suggestion. (note...in admin panel if I approve suggestion, the suggestion is automatically input into the website and updates with the information suggested)
2. Create menu in dashboard for above function.
3. Create 3 pages in dashboard to incorporate above functions.
4. Change from static userid name, to userid name w link.
5. Enable a distance function that was created by a previous programmer. (will need to find code and enable again)
6. Change several information fields from optional to mandatory in both "manage account" page and in registration page.
