commerce ewebsite with ajax shopping cart

I am looking a ecommerce web site design and coding which will have simple shopping cart feature with paypal and google checkout. Standard look and feel in different browsers should properly handle all sql/php errors, ssl, https etc. Admin page of the site should be able to browse the product details for editing (like change in quantity, price etc) standard things. Also able to attach images. Customers should be able to register with the site, means they could browse the order history standard password retrival/ login routine. Should able to join newsletter. Send the comment or feedback using html form in contact us page. Website will have link for Weekly newsletter page publication also link to facebook and twitter pages. Design of the site should use royality free images and standard coding and desing practices using flash and photoshop. Coding should be limited to jquery library/php/css with proper comments. I don't need template based site or any tool or api Joomla,Drupal etc. You might have to work as a team with me, for any question in development. All the code including flash, photshop, js, php and css will be handed over for hosting. You are free to design or write a code as long as you are not using third party includes in the code. I will provide you the database with images and little bit coding guidelines. I will award the project to a person who has experience and in design and development and could send me link or reachable reference for their earlier similar kind of work. Max time to complete the project is 4-6 weeks.
