create custom php script for photographers clients photos

Hi, I my photographer client needs a custom php script so his clients can log into a private gallery and view their images. here is a perfect example [login to view URL]?WT.ac=search_item&WT.seg_1=search_item&WT.z_author=rondog he wants all the same features but he also wants to add a paypal shopping cart with optional discounts. He also wants to add a rating system i.e. 5 star rating for the images and some other stuff, see below. The script will also have 3 logins customers, guests and admin so if the client views an image and they dont really like it they can mark it as 1 star then this will be added to a 1 star folder, if they love it they can rate it 5 stars and it will go to a 5 star folder. The purpose of this is when the client has viewed all the images and they can then see 5 folders (1,2,3,4 and 5 stars) it will tell them how many images are in that folder. So if the client wants an album with 200 photos and they look in the 5 star folder and it only has 190 photos they can then look in the 4 star folder and select images. We will also require a category system, so the client logs into their album and can create categories. The client can name the category whatever they want but here is an example cat 1 - getting ready cat 2 - groom before the wedding cat 3 - bride and bridesmaids cat 4 - at the church cat 5 - the speeches etc... so the image gallery will show up underneath each image will show the rating system so if the client leaves at anytime and returns to carry on they can see where they left off rather than going to the beginning again. when they click the image it will show the image in a lightbox (image will be watermarked and have an order number also) underneath the light box or to the side of it will be the rating system, the add to category system and add to basket option. It will also have a checkbox that says hide from public this is when they ant to keep the picture private from guests and family that log in to see the images that they want to purchase. <------that is where the guest login comes in When they have chose what they do they then go back to the main gallery and start from where they left off. When they have selected all the images they can then press submit and the photographer will receive an email to say it is complete. Customer section can do all options mentioned above. Guests logins - this is when the customers are happy for other people to view and purchase images that they want them to see, they can add as many images to the cart as they like and purchase using paypal Admin - must be able to upload all images with ease, when they upload the images it auto generates a watermark that can be uploaded in the admin section, it also auto generates an image number so the photographer can id it correctly. For the ecommerce section the admin must be able to provide different sizes of images and the different prices to go with them so the customers/guests can select the image size/price they want to order. the ecommerce section must be able to offer multiple purchase discounts and coupon codes. Admin will alos be able to create users with usernames and passwords and select what gallery they can view as they may have multiple customers galleries uploaded at one time and I dont want customers being able to view anyone else's galleries THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT.
