create some type of little data base program that I can upload to one of my servers that I can fill in online and also share viewing it with other employees (simple password protection)
I don’t have access but I can get open office database program if I need to.
What I want to setup a customer profile when I first contact them, and put notes (comments) in about our conversation. I would like to email them from the form if possible. But not necessary.
Then as I call the same customer back I would like to see when I open the customer profile the last date contacted (on the main cover) of the profile and then click to that dates comments.
Plus add new comments about each conversation.
Maybe be able to add new tab names as required in case I have forgotten some.
