AUTO-CREATE A PRINTABLE (pdf) from joomla articles

Here's the problem:
My customer wants a printable file (PDF) as a download option on their website. The joomla site is based on the Gavick world news II template. The articles are mainly in K2 (but some are in joomla itself). The problem with using a “normal” newsletter module is that they can’t seem to handle (A4) page breaks properly. I attached a file on how it should look like (approximation!!!). As you can see the articles that are too long should be separated with a message of sorts (like: read more on the next page).
Since we also want to introduce a “normal” newsletter as a next step solutions that are based on a newsletter module would be appreciated.
Since this should be done on a regular basis (once a month) the simplicity of the solution is one of the main selection criteria for this project (the least steps we have to make to get the pdf the better).
So please outline the solution you have in mind so we can make a decision! If you recommend a particular module please also name its price!)
BEST CASE Scenario: you find / recommend (e.g.) a newsletter module for with one template can create the basis for the pdf and another template (next project) can be used as a “normal” html newsletter.
