Configure and skin VMVendor module in Joomla website

We have purchased the VMVendor component for our website, [login to view URL] (test server is [login to view URL], that's where VMVendor is already installed ). We need to implement it, that is, we need a frontend, where people can see the products and purchase them; and a backend where registered people can upload products for purchase by others. VMVendor comes with no documentation and very limited support on their website, maily as a forum, therefore what is supposed to be changing a few settings is now becoming a freelancer project of its own. :) Also, the template needs to be changed somewhat so that the VMVendor modules show up in matching design (fonts, colors, etc.). Most of this project is to be done via the administrator interface, only the template change requires actual coding. The test server is just for testing, the output of the project has to be committed to our repository. When we have working code in the repository, and we can build another test server from it, and that works too - that's when the project is considered done. No coding is allowed into the site, except in the template, or the addition of modules. We want to be able to update VMVendor when updates come out. List of things required: 1. Front page of the website should have a nice-looking (matching the design) product browser. 2. When logged in, the "Member Area" should have the modules for managing one's products (add/edit/delete.) 3. Admin approval should be needed for a product to go live. 4. Admin should be able to set the cut the poster (vendor) gets for a sale; this is done via the AlphaUserPoints module tied with VMVendor, please read VMVendor documentation.
