Copy A Site & Modify For New Project

I need an experienced web designer to copy this site <[login to view URL]> and modify it into a proper band website for my band. Categories will be modified accordingly to the band's needs such as News / Tour / Photos / Videos / Bio / Store / Discography / Tour Dates etc. We will need to break down this project into parts to accomplish but the first thing to do is COPY THE SITE'S mechanism and make it possible for us to use it on our new site. On the end of this project I expect at least 1. mechanism fully copied and fully tested to be working correctly 2. background images able to be changed at will by myself 3. easy link based icons changed to link to our own website 4. all categories changed to the final categories that the site will have 5. and 1 finalized category with their subpages (if there are any). When this is finalized we will proceed on a new project to finalize each category.
