develop acymailing plugin to allow filtering w/ external DB

We operate a joomla web site that uses acymailing, flexicontent and cb + cbsubs: www. event guru .be The purpose of this project is to develop an Acymailing plugin that will make it possible to send out e-mail reminders to specific users, based on filters using information contained in other tables. The starting point is a csv export containing a list of events, one row per event (see example in attachment). One of the fields contains the e-mail address of the event [login to view URL] csv export is automatically generated every night. The reminders e-mails are already defined in Acymailing (templates). The plugin should establish a 'link' between acymailinng and the external db, where as fields of the db can be used to define fitlers in acymailing. It should also make it possible to customize the mail header and body with field values taken from the db. With this plugin, we'll then be able to send e-mail reminders such as this one: 'any event where field A is empty, then send reminder using template X'. The sending of reminders will triggered manually. URGENT JOB.
