Build AJAX- based UI that displays and manages DB-Driven Tree structure w/ elements

I am seeking a developer that can build a simple ajax-based interface that can display and manage a n-ary tree structure along with it's elements. Standard node management(expand, collapse, move, delete, insert,etc)will be required. In addition various events will need to be trapped from the UI. Events will trigger other actions to the nodes and it's elements in the database. The database which will store the node and element data will be Mysql. I have already constructed a simple data schema to store the basic information I will require. I will consider UI template recommendations that the developer would prefer. I do have a few recommendations if you do not feel strongly about a particular AJAX UI template for tree management. The current scope will expand after the current project is successful. The ideal candidate should have significant experience with AJAX and database-driven tree construction, management, and display. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform DB: MySQL (Linux and Windows) UI: AJAX (should support IE and Firefox versions)
