We would like to see references and examples of your previous work. Not mentioned here, but the requirements include strong knowledge and experience in online video/audio chatting.? This application should be very rich in Web 2.0 and Ajax functionalities to make the user experience smooth and impressive. ? -The professional online career website will allow businesses to do the following: 1-Post jobs (different prices based on length and number of postings). Posting it should be easy, flexible, allowing upload of company logo/image, editing through HTML rich text editor. 2-Search the resume database (multiple and very flexible search criteria) 3-View resume and any attached file the application has included 4-Dashboard that has a list of jobs posted (With related statistics, such as numbers clicked, dates…etc) -And for the applicants, they should be able to do the following: 1-Create a free account, in a very simple manner 2-Search for jobs online (many search criteria, including zip code radius, maps,….etc..etc) 3-Post their resume for free 4-Upload a file (resume or other attachment) 5-Opt in for weekly/monthly reminders of jobs that matched his/her search criteria It will be a huge plus if anyone knows of a resume source to pre-fill our database so it will not be empty at the launch time. ?
