Configure VSFTPD

I am trying to configure VSFTPD on a Linux server. The Linux is a SuSE implementation. VSFTPD is running under INETD. The FTP server comes up properly and I am able to log on to FTP. I am logging on as 'anonymous'. I can receive files but I cannot send any files. When I try to send a file I get the following error code from FTP: 553 Could not create file I need help to configure the VSFTPD or Linux properly to send and receive files. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
