We're looking for a coupon script to be developed for us. We have seen a coupon script at World of Coupons and would like one created similar. This is their website [login to view URL] Their script is written in PERL we need it to be in php. The script must be written in a way that it will handle thousands of coupons so it must be optimized. The admin area must functional in a way that users can be searched for. Admin can approve or dissaprove or edit coupons change dates etc. The admin area must use pagination as we will have thousands of users and coupons. Coupons are presented in a standard newspaper format. Image-Barcode-Splash head lines-Consumer&Retailer disclaimers. Company Name, Expiration Date and Company Website Name. Searchable by Category, State, and Zip if so desired Coupon display is template driven Change look and feel of display to suit your needs generate single or double column displays with category descriptions, well as drop down category search box's, giving you complete flexibility on design and display options. Image upload can be set for any file size, height & width Set when coupons are to expire. i.e. 30, 60, 90 days coupons automatically deleted when expired Administration Console and Customer Sign Up - Login Administration Console, Manage, Edit, Delete Customers Customer Sign Up and Login Admin notification by email of new user signup or reorder What You See Is What You Get Interface Customers Can Edit, Delete, and Replace Their Coupons Customers Can Manage Coupons Into Folder Categories Customers Can Purchase More Coupons Online PayPal or [login to view URL] Online Payment Gateways If the program is set for Pay Coupons, you can turn off emailing orders to you and view them in the administrators console instead, then print the order out and delete it for security! ## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
