Customise Agriya's Burrow Software - repost

We have recently purchased Agriya's Burrow software ([login to view URL]) which is based on the Airbnb model. This script is built on the CakePHP 2 framework. We need to make design changes as well as customise the script for a particular industry. This will mean renaming some of the definitions, some layout changes and some cosmetic work. I would imagine that some new elements will be needed to be added to the database, and there will be some changes to the core scripts. Some forms will need to be changed to reflect additional fields or renamed fields. Search functions will need to be update to cater to added fields. This project will suit developers that are well versed in CakePHP and in skinning websites. Any previous work on Agriya's line of software would probably be a plus - but not essential. PSDs have been converted to HTML already - so this is no longer required. Your team will need to have linux skills - to set permissions - do some cakePHP config etc. JQuery will be for selecting dates - forms - refreshing pages etc. Time and budget have been constrained. I need somebody that can complete work in 3 weeks and my max budget in SGD2000. Super urgent. Please do not bid if you do not feel capable to take on this project or cannot deliver based upon the given constraints. Thanks!!
