A Customized CMS

I'm looking to hire a programmer that can tweak an already secured CMS (mambo for instance) and make it in a way that will make my job easier and the website data more structured and defined. (right now im using plain html pages).

I have a bollywood website that offers soundtrack downloads, trailers, song lyrics and a discussion forum.

My utmost priorities at this point are that I get the result I expect from you, for the website to be 101% secure (I used phpnuke a few months back and it got hacked every other month, so security is a MUST) and for the script to be made in a way that search engines can cache and pagerank and recognise every single page without any hassle (I'm not up for big urls).

The reason why I want someone to customize a CMS and not make one from scratch is because that makes your job probably easier, gives me more features, and as I've heard from people, mambo is very secure as a platform so if someone customized mambo, I'd feel a lot more secure.

I've already made 80% of the design so all you'd need is to translate that to the way that it can work with a CMS (I have it on html, frontpage).

The demo is how I want every title page, mp3 page, rm page, lyrics page to look like and you can see that whatever data fields I asked for are well put in there so try to relate that to the demo and you'll know exactly what I want.

I'm going to make a few more changes to the way I want it, but this is almost it.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
