C/C++, UNIX (BSD/Linux) Command Line FTP Client (SSL/TLS Support)

I need a program written in C or C++ (or other suggestions you may have, I was going to write it in perl, but couldn't find any decent TLS/SSL modules to use). The program will need to compile on FreeBSD (4.x and 5.x) and Linux (2.4.* and 2.6.*). It will read some kind of a config file, that will have the following things in it: ftp_server=[login to view URL] ftp_server_port=21 ftp_server_login=username ftp_server_password=password basedirectory=/some/files/somewhere It will then login VIA *TLS*, the FTP server it connects to requires TLS logins, I can test your software for you, if you dont have a TLS to test it with, no worries. I can not give out access to the ftp server for you to test it on your own though, so just comment and ill run your code to test it. Now once logged in, it will change directory to that basedirectory, get a list of every directory in there (just directories, ignore files), then go thro all of those first-level directories and get the list of directories within those, also ignoring files. Only those 2 levels deep. Either at the end of the FTP connect, or during, it needs to write to a text file, unix format is fine. The format of the file should be: topleveldirectory suba subb subc subd next topleveldirectory name suba subc subf etc, etc. If you have any questions or any even a little bit not sure if you understand what I wnat, please comment and explain and I will reply make sure you understand.
