business card website under 1 domain

Just a simple thing, but it needs to be done. We need a solution for the following: A system/script, that allows approved/assigned users to have their own 1 page website under an existing account. This page will contain a picture and text about this person. They must be able to: - upload a picture - write in the wanted text - edit the text and pictures - able to close their 'account/page' which has to be approved by the admin first. the admin must be able to: - do all of the functions above - create new accounts, choose username and password There are proberbly 100+ scripts allready available which has functions like this, but tried to find them without any success. If interested in the job, or you are a great person who will advise me of a script, please contact me. Update: to explain the project a little bit more: I have found an example of how a created business card should look (layout i mean) [[login to view URL]][1] just plain text (css formatted) and 1 or 2 pictures should do. It should be possible to categorize the businesscards. for example: have a category: customers, projects, employees etc. UPDATE: One important thing to mention is: We would like to have a seperate language file that all you'll have to do to add a language is make a copy of [login to view URL], or whatever, and translate everything in it, creating a new '[login to view URL]'.
