We are looking to start an osCommerce website, we need everything from scratch including an identity (clean/professional logo, etc.)
The site will be based around osCommerce only and must include a clean/professional custom "blue"-based template.
We are looking for someone who can work closely with us to build the site, offer lots of suggestions as we are not extremely familiar with the possibilities/features associated with an osCommerce site. The template and site must be setup so that they are completely customizable for future changes as well as having OTHER coders work on the site if necessary -- however are looking to establish a long-term relationship with a coder which is why we look for someone who can offer good helpful suggestions as to layout, features, etc.
We are also hoping that whoever we choose to work with can provide us, or point us in the right direction to some tools which we can use in order to market our website.
We also need our coder to be able to provide some sort of search engine submission services because that is also something we are not familiar with.
We would like a minimum of 3 mock-up designs to choose from and we can go from there.
Please only bid if you post links to other work you have done, please provide specific examples of work similar to ours, logos and identities you have created as well as any other information you feel is relevant.
We are not currently in a rush to get this done but expect someone who is dedicated to their work and will support it.
Our bid request of $1500 should not be used as a guideline of what we expect to pay. We used this as a maximum in the case of some coders who are able to suggest features above and beyond the spec outlined above.
