Admin Panel work/profiles/database improvement

Hello, i will do my best to describe our current system. Our sysem has been built from the ground up, with some use of open source programming, however there has been alot of modifications in order for us to have the best custom /money converting system possible. Therefore it is important i explain the current system as best as possible as well as you take a look at our code and database to ensure a smooth transparent and professional system. We have ''copied'' over 2,000 female profiles from another competitor website to our website/ database, the profiels contain all information including pictures. I should be able to view female profiles via admin and if necessary make any changes necessary to each individual profile. Females are only there as ''auto '' profiles sending auto messages to new males that signup etc enticing them to pay and become fully paid members, SO in admin we shoudl show a) female profiles b) male profiles (only males will join) Because the profiles we're copied from another website , we may have many REPEAT FIELDS in our database.. if coding is done correct i understand we only require one field e.g ''eye colour'' ''hair colour'' not multiples of the same fieldf name for each profile, so pelase check database and ensure that is no problem. This is the first phase, after this we wil generate script that will send automated predefined messages from random female members in aour database to new men that signup, so this first phase is to ensure we have a professional system in place, we can then addon auto messages etc, please contact me for access to database and files . There shoudl be button in admin panel stating ''female profiles... (the existing approximate 2000 which shoudl be viewable, editable etc via amdin panel'' Male user list ( new users that signed up and chose male seekign female'' these will all auto be displayed under ''males in admin panel..
