Or people able to create a sponsored listing? - any integration with a creditcard payment provider / paypal? - I would suggest to use wordpress to do the listings and the blogging there are different templates and ready made installations that we can configure to keep the costs down. Roughly; wordpress --> free ready template --> $99 A few plugins --> $100 Custom look and feel --> $150 And then the work needed to configure this and do custom work where needed.
