CS-Cart Professional Modification PHP-MYSQL.

I wanted to know how much something like this would cost to add in CS-Cart Pro addition :- LOGIN TO ADMIN INTERFACE :- 1. Add list of Vendors which includes, name,email,address for that Vendor opening balance, and paid-out amount. 2. Each Vendor will get assign a list of products selling on the website "IF THERE IS ANY BELONG TO THAT VENDOR" 3. When adding products thru CS-Cart - Cs-Cart should ask if that product belongs to that specified Vendor and should ask purchase price and selling price. 4. When order get process on the website, CS-Cart should automatically email the vendor with the attached Purchase order email which will include the product that would include customer shipping address our information and the product ordered by that customer there will be few custom field we will add but we will provide you template for that Purchase Order. 5. And on a ADMIN VENDOR page in Cs-Cart it should provide the list of products ordered for a specified vendor how much we owe to that vendor and how much was paid to that vendor to keep track for accounting purpose. It should be a simple task for some one professional,I dont care if you do that outside CS-Cart but it should be linked to CS-Cart as Cs-cart is based on PHP-MYSQL. Thanks
