Create Roku Private Channel

Looking for a experienced Roku developer who knows brightscript well and has developed roku channels previously. The perfect candidate has developed Roku channels in the past six months. Applications must include some sample screen shots or channel names for review and mention in their application how many channels they have created in the last six months to a year. Project Description: - Private Roku Channel - Content is HLS Streams (m3u8) and VOD (mp4 files) files requiring a PIN. - Administration panel and API calls are not needed those are already provided. Channel flow: - First screen before seeing any menus is a registration screen where the user is provided a code to register with. Upon registering the user proceeds to the Menu. Without completing the user gets a new code (loops). API provided will provide User Registration, User Information (login and expiration). Live TV Categories and Channels. VOD Categories and MP4 Titles. VOD PIN. Billing end users is out of scope of the project and not included. Menu: (From Left to Right): - User Information (username and date of expiration) obtained from the API - Search (Search function to search the flienames of the VOD titles) - Live TV Channels Menu. Upon selecting this menu the user will be presented a list of categories (News, Sports, Cartoons, etc) and channels within those categories. While viewing the channel and pressing OK the user will return to the menu navigation. Up and Down arrows should change the channel if possible. For the Live TV channels the API response will be returning the User Agent type (iOS, Linux, Windows browser type , etc) and the client should include this User-Agent in the call when playing the m3u8 stream. - VOD Section Sorted by categories (Futbol, Hockey, Basketball, etc). - VOD Screen: User is required to submit a 4 digit PIN, upon which they will proceed to a Live TV and VOD section. The TV and VOD section is just the same as Live TV and VOD, except restricted to users who have paid for access. Graphics will be provided I just need to know the size and requirements for it. Meanwhile simple place holders should be used. Source code for the channel will need to be provided. Please include your time required to complete along with the budget.
