Create script to detect a specific keyword in a MySQL table, delete the row

I need a script that will select a different mySQL table every day, check the table every 2 seconds, find a specific keyword and delete the row or rows that contain that keyword. You will also create a simple page on the same server where it will show the currently selected table (one table per day), will allow you to input the specific keyword, a way to start/stop the script, and to see if the script is running and for how long.
This is a live server and cannot be updated, etc.
