Custom work in BuddyPress platform

I need to develop a social networking website for a client in the sports industry, using the BuddyPress platform, with specific customizations to match exactly an existing social networking site. I have the BuddyPress theme, and the example website to copy, and a list of all functionalities required.
Some examples of customizations required to provide certain functionalities are:
1) The social networking BuddyPress site needs to have tiered memberships, each with their own 'privileges'.
2) When a new member in a specific 'tier-level' of the social networking website creates a profile (with custom fields other than the 'regular' BuddyPress profile fields) certain categories in this profile pull some of their profile details onto specific pages, like the home page, per category.
3) Each specific 'tier-level' member should have the ability to 'follow' other members, and to see who might be 'following' them.
4) Each specific 'tier-level' member should have the ability to see if another specific 'tier-level' member or 'group' has viewed their profile.
5) Members of two 'lower tier-levels' should not be able to see each others profiles, or profiles of any members 'higher' than themselves. ie: Strict privacy rules.
5) The social networking BuddyPress site needs to have the functionality to pull criteria from a specific 'tier-level' member profile and match this with criteria from a groups profile, allowing the specific 'tier-level' member to see potential matches of themselves to a group.
6) A specific 'tier-level' member should be able to bookmark/wishlist a group
7) The social networking BuddyPress site needs to be able to show a list of members who have committed to joining specific groups.
Other than the above, there might be a few more customizations that would be required, but I will not list here. I have account logins to the existing social networking site to help with figuring out all, etc.
Please, only experienced BuddyPress developers. Looking for a programmer/developer for a long-term working partnership, as there are other WordPress projects always on the go.
