Customizing Photo Sharing Site

We are looking for a programmer to assist us to change the whole look and feel of Rayzz's Photoz scripts. We intend to have the theme to be flickr like and we will give u the theme color and a website sample site. At the same time, you need to enhance the scripts a. to make it more robust b. replace the upload photo to a better one. c. add in a 2 more rating features, (photoz currently already have one). d. add in Following e. add in FB i like to all the photos, groups, thread. f. add in a price for photo and also ablum g. add in a paypal for each of the album h. restrict members from sharing photos, only with approval from administrator Kindly take note that we intend to serve a different market and it's a niche market for this photo sharing site. Btw, if you already have a good web 2 photo sharing scripts and u think yours are already better than photoz, you can recommend us, we can also look into it, but we prefer a more completed script with members, mail, tagging, comment, rates, tag on photos, groups etc... We will make the final decision. We prefer you have experience working on web 2 communit, Sns or photo site before.
