Halo, Thank you for your invitation. My name is Elias Hamaz and I am a Perl programmer. I speak and read German. My German spelling is basic, so I am writing in English. Please feel free to respond in German. A Perl script can be used to access the remote database and retrieve the required information. A crontab can be set up on the local computer to run the script automatically at regular intervals and/or at specific times. The script can also be written to run on the remote server to access the database and email the data to any email address. Information required will be: For script: 1: Address of the server (If running on the local computer). 2: Username and password of the database (This can be set up specifically for the script). 3: Database and table names to be accessed. For crontab: 1: SSH access to the computer to run the script (Instruction on how to do this can also be given) I have a Skype account, please get in touch for further discussions.
