The site is to be a dating/hookup/sex site for gay men. The site has to be dynamic, fresh, new and interesting. I'm looking to compete against websites like [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] etc. I need to have someone that's efficient and well organized. I need somebody that speaks GOOD English as constant open communication is required. Sections of the site: 1.) Homepage >> Login/Register >> Hot Members >> Members currently online etc etc etc 2.) Member profiles >> member activity >> member groups >> member chat and web cam chat >> chat roulette/speed date etc etc etc 3.) The site needs to have strategic ad-spacing and be well designed for SEO purposes. 4.) Site needs to be FULLY RESPONSIVE and performs excellent on mobile devices with the option to view full desktop mode. 5.) Users will be able to upload their own pictures, videos, etc. 6.) Site needs to have membership pages and different levels. Members will be able to view a certain amount of pictures if they are free and be redirected to membership upgrade if they want to view more, etc etc etc. 7.) This site will require A LOT of custom features. These are some of the details the site will need. There is much more than that required.
