Digital Signage Software

i would like to take xibo digital signage software and manipulate or upgrade to add more functions and re brand [login to view URL] looking at it it shows that it is an open source code which can be worked on and developed. i have a list of things that i would like to achieve using xibo as a base product. i would like to get an estimate working on this project. few of the list is adding video sync between players( sync videos on multiple monitors) adding meta data per content uploaded and per player for multi location playback fix issues where playback is not smooth enough,, add transition effects to slides. add connectors to data sources such as csv and sql be able to add video photo slideshows future requests being able to control serial commands and schedule
