Conversion Tracking System

In need of a custom tracking system built for cloud (either Windows Azure or Rackspace cloud etc) as in i can host my db on a separate server, with multiple load balanced nodes in front of it. Can use any database, mssql, mysql, mongodb whichever you prefer is fastest. must accept 4-5 tracking variables. Workflow something like this: ad click -> website ([login to view URL]) website has javascript on it which calls the tracker, registers the click and sets a tracking cookie -> outclick to offer/goal -> external pixel / iframe to record the conversion (hosted on diff page/domain most of the time) must be able to track: landing page click through rate + bounce rate statistics per data point (c1,c2,c3,c4) conversions + their value cost / conversion ads basically something like [login to view URL] Requirements: simple to setup campaigns, graphs, grouping statistics, dayparting Prefer asp.net so it can be put on azure as a service, anything else should be fine too though. Modular, as perhaps id want to have things added or changed later on
