Article Spinning Software

I want to have full rights to a software that will spin 3 versions of an article when put into the software. Basically I need someone very creative. I want this to be the best software of its type. My idea is that a user will have an input form where they type in a title and the article body and the software can read that and change the article around so that it is unique. I would perfer something a little better than synonym replacement because that usually makes unreadable articles. Though that could be part of it, I would really like to see something that can keep the general meaning of a paragraph, but change how things are worded. I need the software to recreate each paragraph individually, retain the same number of paragraphs, keep them readable, but change the way the meaning is worded. I also need some way to license the product so that it does not become a warez feature. Please PM me if you have ideas on how this software can be developed.
